All rooms have separate bathroom and access to a large shared living-reading room where also breakfast is served in the morning. The owner leaves  her guests freely  by living in a small apartment with separate entrance right next to the Candia b&b. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV.

Only 300 meters away from the apartment in the direction of viale Giulio Cesare there is the subway line A stop Ottaviano - San Pietro, while behind the building always at app. 300 meters you can find the Vatican Museums. The whole area is well served by public transport and offers ample availability of shopping (Via Candia and the nearby Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano are among the most known streets in Rome) and restaurant with roman pizzerias, , Italian restaurants, Japanese and Mexican restaurants ..
