How will I get to the apartment and how are check-in and check-out managed?

Once reserved the apartment you will receive the voucher of your booking including all the details about the property. You will be provided also with the contact person for your check-in and with all the information to get to the apartment. On demand we also offer transfer services to and from Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino Airports .

Apartment Check-in  is after 3.00 pm while check-out is requested within 10.30 am. For apartments check-in after 10.30 pm it is due an additional charge of EUR 30,00. Anyway if possible we try to be flexible on this and depending on the occupancy of the selected apartment we may agree a different way to manage an earlier check-in or a check-out after the time requested.
