When is a booking confirmed and the apartment reserved? To confirm and reserve an holiday apartment in Rome it is requested 15% of advance payment either via credit card or bank transfer. Upon receipt of the down payment the apartment is secured and reserved for the requested period. In general we recommend not to trust of Vacation Rentals Agencies requiring more than 20% for reserving an apartment in Rome. This would be an unsual procedure. We also recommend to check cancellation policies for the rental in order to have granted a minimum period to cancel the reservation and in case have back the full amount paid. See here Leonhouses Apartments Cancellation Policy. Once reserved you will receive the voucher of your booking with all the details for your check-in and to get the apartment keys. Together with the booking voucher we will provide you with contact details for our representative, who is responsible for the apartment. It is the client’s responsibility to contact our representative on the contact number supplied when you arrive at the airport, station or when you are in the neighborhood of the apartment, to arrange an appointment at the apartment. It is also very important to immediately inform us of any changes to your schedule times, dates etc. |
