The apartment is on the third floor with independent heating and is composed of a bright area, furnished with a single couch (a single bed can be added to sleep up to 2 people, 1 adult and 1 child)  and a dining table for 4 people, a bathroom with shower and tub, a small independent kitchen equipped with oven, freezer, burners,.., and a large master twin bedroom (that can be double). If required a washing machine is also available in common with Sabelli 1 and Sabelli 3 at ground floor.  

As for Sabelli 1-3 connections to the rest of the main city centre are excellent: 19 tram stop is just 50m away, while 100m away there are a large number of buses that come every 5-10 minutes throughout the day to via Nazionale/Piazza Venezia and S.Giovanni. Subway (over the 800m distance) is also reachable by walk or by getting one of the many buses for 1-2 stops. Rome Centre - San Lorenzo - In one of the most historic and characteristic districts in Rome with its strategic position, Sabelli 1 is served by many bus/tram lines and only a 15-20 minutes’ walk away from Termini train station. There are chemists, supermarkets and excellent restaurants all in close vicinity. At night the district is full of life thanks to its proximity to the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, giving it the reputation of a district of young people and artists. The transformation of this cultural district is at present so significant as to warrant to San Lorenzo a reputation for “Montmartre” of Rome.
