The Stadio Olimpico in Rome is located in Via del Foro Italico, inside the Foro Italico sports complex, on the north of the city and quite easily accessible by car or public transport.
The best districts for renting an apartment in Rome or an hotel near the Olimpic Stadium are the following ones: Flaminio-Piazza del Popolo and Prati-Vatican (See our apartments in Rome located in these areas).

BUS to the Stadium

 - Take the Rome subway (red line – Line A), get off at Ottaviano-Saint Peter, then take bus number 32 and get off at Piazzale della Farnesina, just a few meters away from the Olimpic;

- Take the Rome subway (red line – Line A), get off at Flaminio stop, then take tram number 2 and get off at the last stop Piazza Mancini on the opposite side of river Tevere respect to the stadium;

- Take the Rome subway (red line – Line A), get off at Lepanto stop in between Ottaviano Saint Peter and Flaminio indeed, from there take bus No. 280 till to the stadium;
-  If you are on the metro B (blue line – Line B): get off at Termini and make the change to line metro A direction Battistini and then just follow the instructions above;

2- From Rome Airports to the Stadium

From Rome-Fiumicino (40 km):
- Take the train up to Termini central station, Tiburtina or Ostiense and then take the subway as above.
- By car - Take the highway Roma-Fiumicino and reach the GRA, then the exit is via Flaminia- Tor di Quinto n.6.

From Rome Ciampino airport
- Take the bus to Termini via Anagnina (line A- Red line). You may find it immediately outside the "Arrivals Terminal”. Then take the subway as described above with 3 possible options: Ottaviano, Lepanto or Flaminio..
- By car – Take directly the GRA (GRA) which is near Ciampino Airport, then take exit N ° 6 Flaminia and follow the signs to the Stadium - Foro Italico.
    
From Florence to Rome Stadium

- From the A1 (Milan-Bologna-Florence): reach the GRA direction Flaminia.
    
From Pescara,Teramo and Aquila to the Rome Stadium
- From the A24-A25 (Pescara-Teramo-Aquila): reach the GRA in the direction A1.
    
From Naples to Rome Stadium

- From the A2 (Napoli): reach the GRA direction A1.
    

3 - By train

- From Termini Central Station, which is located at  6 km from Olympic Stadium, take the Metro A (red line – Line A) towards Battistini and follow the directions above.

- From Tiburtina Station, take metro B (blue line – Line B) towards Laurentina and get off at Termini. Change to subway line A (red line – Line A) towards Battistini and follow the directions above.

- From Ostiense Station, take metro B at the Piramide Rome metro station (blue line – Line B) towards Rebibbia and then get off at the at Termini. Change to subway line A (red line) towards Battistini and follow the directions above.
