1 - The hill of Gianicolo
The Gianicolo hill is located on the top of Vatican City, in between Trastevere and the Vatican Area. By Climbing the small hill you will truly have a magnificent view over the Eternal City. From the large terrace on the top (Piazza Garibaldi) it is possible to see the main monuments and churches of Rome till the the Alban hills on the background.


2 - Monte Mario – Lo Zodiaco
Monte Mario is the highest hill of Rome, just behind the Foro Italico and the stadium Olympic. It is easily accessible also from Prati district. On the top there is also an astronomical observatory, which can be visited on request. The view of Rome from here is actually partial, but priceless.


3 - The terrace of the Pincio - Villa Borghese in Rome
The Pincio is famous for the sunset in Rome. You can access it either from Piazza del Popolo or from the Trinita dei Monti stairway which leads to Villa Borghese with his back to a wonderful view of the Roman Baroque. Once on the terrace of the Pincio the view sweeps down to the twin churches of Piazza del Popolo and beyond.


4 - The Orange Garden at Aventino Hill
On top of the Aventine Hill, you can visit the beautiful "Orange Garden", which offers a magnificent view over the city and till to St. Peter. Among the best views of Rome.


Moreover Aventino hill is one of the most beautiful residential districts of Rome.
5 - The Victorian Monument – Piazza Venezia
By climbing on top of the Victorian Monument at Piazza Venezia it is possible to look at the whole Roman Forum and on the other side to the Cristian Rome with S. Peter and Vatican City.


6 - Castel S. Angelo Terrace
Castel Sant'Angelo on the Tiber River offers a magnificent view of Rome, including the Imperial Forum and the Circus Maximus.


7 - Quirinale
Also from the Quirinal Hill on a very large terrace it is easy to enjoy a beautiful view over the city centre of Rome
