It is located in the same building of Sabelli 2-4 that makes it suitable also for groups stayings in Rome if rented together with them. Connections to the rest of the main city centre are excellent: 19 tram stop is just 50m away, while 100m away there are a large number of buses that come every 5-10 minutes throughout the day to via Nazionale/Piazza Venezia and S.Giovanni. Subway (over the 800m distance) is also reachable by walk or by getting one of the many buses for 1-2 stops. Rome Centre - San Lorenzo - In one of the most historic and characteristic districts in Rome with its strategic position, Sabelli 3 is served by many bus/tram lines and only a 15-20 minutes’ walk away from Termini train station. There are chemists, supermarkets and excellent restaurants all in close vicinity. At night the district is full of life thanks to its proximity to the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, giving it the reputation of a district of young people and artists.
