San Lorenzo Equi apartment is composed at ground floor of a large and comfortable fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and bar. Always at ground floor there are also a well furnished dining-living area, large bedroom and a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
On the first floor it is composed of a second large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and a small bathroom with shower. The heating is autonomous and every room has air conditioning system.

This flat accessible through a quaint courtyard is quiet due to its position on the internal side of the building away from the road.

Among the details that make the whole environment special, the walls and ceilings finished with red bricks found out through a recent careful restoration (See also Apartment San Lorenzo and San Lorenzo 2 within the same building). The atmosphere is very comfortable and is ideal for stays in total freedom, especially for families or groups.

Location
San Lorenzo district (see Restaurants here) is located between ancient walls near the railway station Termini. It has become popular among young people in recent years as great alternative to the known Trastevere because it offers a variety of simple and economic restaurants- pizzerias perfect to taste the real Roman cuisine and not only.

The area is connected day and night with all the other central districts of Rome. It is possible to take a bus only 50 meters from the apartment and in a few stops to get to Via Nazionale / Piazza Venezia / Piazza di Spagna. The subway is 800 meters and brings in two stops to the Colosseum.
