The apartment San Lorenzo 3 is provided with large bathrooms (all with shower) and the kitchen fully equipped with microwave oven, sink, refrigerator, and 4 gas burners (in addition to the standard amenities available as cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses,..) The whole atmosphere is very warm and there are lovely balconies overlooking the Aurelian walls, just in front of the building. The apartment is located on the second floor of an historic building recently restored. Connections are excellent, subway is 700-800m away while bus stops are just in front of the entrance (e.g. 71 bus is directly connected to the immediate vicinity of Piazza di Spagna). The central station Termini is only 10 minutes walking and the area is very well serviced for a stay in complete comfort as just a few meters from the apartment there are pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzerias and many restaurants famous for the typical roman cooking. Rome Centre - San Lorenzo - In one of the most historic and characteristic districts in Rome with its strategic position, S. Lorenzo 2 is served by the main bus lines and a 10 minutes’ walk away from Termini train station with connections to main tourist sites. There are chemists, supermarkets and excellent restaurants all in close vicinity. At night the district is full of life thanks to its proximity to the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, giving it the reputation of a district of young people and artists.
